He use to spend all that money on supplements one day he said I cant afford these supplements anymore what can I do. He started eating and getting all his protein from his foods. He dropped 20 lbs. but man was he ever cut more then. I myself go for the heavy weights but we all have our own things. I like my diet as a powerlifter its the See Diet I see it I eat it. Ha ha. supplements don't get you big, eating a lot of food does. if your diet isn't sound most supplements are almost worthless.

you have to eat big to get big. if there was an easy, fast way to get big everybody would be that way.
