I've seen many people using a booklet that has a single attachment point and has thousands of colors to chose paint colors for their real estate investments. I'm trying to find out where I can get one. Thanks in advance.

Go to your local paint store and ask them for the name and contact number of their sales rep for paint (Sico, Benjamin Moore, etc.) Contact the sales rep and ask them for the designer pack. If they tell you that you must be in design to get one (often they are free for designers), just use your computer, go to staples and buy a pack of business cards you can make yourself and make yourself a business card on the puter. And don't feel guilty about this, as paint is sold retail at about 400% profit....Give this to the sales rep and he'll give you the designer packet. If they won't give it to you, they will sell it and at a much lower cost than they would to anyone that's not into design. The designer pack I like best is Sico, not only because it's more complete and I like the colors, but they also have the easiest colors to match if you want to use another paint company. All you have to do is bring in the paint chip. What's also great about their designer pack is that instead of just one little chip on the card, you'll get the whole card in the same color with lines on the back and the paint names and numbers but just as if it were a whole bunch of little paint chip cards... which means if you are using these for clients, you won't lose your paint chip if you want to do a display board for the client.... Hope this last part made sense to you....

Munsell Color books, different types. Try to find one used, used bookstore, ebay or Craigslist.

You can sometimes get discontinued paintchip samples in a fan or book, just ask a paint store if they have any.
