Cupcake papers go into the cupcake tins before you fill each cup 2/3 full of batter. Make sure you'll be baking on the middle rack position before you lite the oven, it's easier and safer to move a rack before it's hot

Yes, definately put the cupcake baking papers inside the cupcake tin first. They won't burn. They won't stick to the cupcakes if you don't bake them in the pans with the batter. You do not HAVE to use those, you can just bake the cupcakes in the tins without them, but they are cute and make clean-up easier.

they go into the tray and you pour in the batter before baking. they are there to make it easy to get the cupcakes out of the trays

yes put in wrappers they wont burn fill with about 1tbs of batter if you over fill the cake will rise and spill over so don't put to much. hope they come out OK

yes you do. just fill the cup cake paper tins half way, that, way they rise evenly.Word of causion, don't use the Jiffy brank. They don't rise enough.

no it won't catch on fire but if you have empty cup cake holes you fill them with water so that way it doesn't burn
