Honey, you're having contact dermatitis or possibly a yeast infection under the breasts. Get yourself a loose fitting cotton bra first of all. After bathing, dry the area very well and apply and antiperspirant to the area; then powder. When any area is wet and hot, it will tend to grow fungus. You can even put a little gause under your breasts to keep the chaffing from hurting until it heals. The most important is to keep it dry. Don't sleep in a bra. If these small changes don't help you, you can try over the counter anti-fungals or call your doctor and ask for "Diflucan". At any rate the antiperspirant will help with the wettness under the breasts. godloveya.

Well one thing I can say is dont scratch it because rashes can somtimes spread if you do that and it can make it worse. It could be sweat under your breast causing the rash try putting some baby powder under it everyday and see if that helps. If that does not help it could be yeast infection on your skin and go see your family doctor asap. Good Luck.

If it's not a heat rash it is a yeast infection. Go to Wal-Mart and buy that antifungal cream. Everyone gets it now and then.

Its a yeast infection. You can buy over-the-counter creams or call your Doctor. You have to keep the area clean and dry.

It probably just irritated from perspiration... wash up and apply a little Vaseline (petroleum jelly) until it heals ... then try using a baby power with cornstarch, daily, to absorb any moisture.
