well ive recenty started excersizing after getting use to the diet and water which payed out preety good on about 25lbs of fat n 2 months!! so i walk a mile a day for 3 days a week "yes i know small" but i just started this past week and im going to up it to 2 soon and i goto the gym 2 times a week and im wanting to know if im doing good so far and will it be long before i see results?? lmk!!!!!

wellll my deit if very simple i have a snack at break during school like some sunchips or something then i make a meal when i come home then i go walking gym etc....so i got a smallllll calorie diet just for the best of me!!!!!!!!!! cause im really needing to lose weight so i can look better for the prom is 2 months!!!!!1

You sound like you're going about doing all this in a very reasonable manner. Don't push yourself too hard when it comes to exercise, but do challenge yourself.
