is there any fax software that allows me to send faxes to several people at the same time?

If you have a FAX modem and WinXP, see if you installed it. Go to Add/Remove in the Control Panel. FAX is in components.

After you have chosen it, it has to be configured and you have to create a FAX address list.

After that, you can FAX a Word document by simply choosing FAX as the printer.

A word of caution (yours may not work this way) I have to remember to delete from the outbox any unsuccessful FAXes. If I do not, next time I power-on the FAX tries to send before everything is loaded and my PC freezes.
