If I remember correctly there are like 7 different signs of shock. So you couldnt really answer your question without more information. Best thing you can do to increase the survival of a person in shocked, seek medical help immediately. Aka call 911. Keep em warm. Then again that goes back to what kind of shock you are refering to. Maybe all they need is an Epi dose if its anaphalaxis.

In medicine, shock is a life-threatening medical emergency characterized by inability of the body to supply enough oxygen to meet tissue requirements. Hypotension is usually, though not always, present. Without prompt medical treatment, shock usually causes death.

THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF SHOCK. IT CAN HAPPEN FROM LOSING OVER 1 UNIT OF BLOOD, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ANAPHYLAXIS, OR ANY (MOSTLY ACUTE) TRAUMA. FIRST THING, YOU NEED TO KEEP THE PATIENT WARM. IF HE/SHE CAN BE MOVEED (ASSUMING THERE IS NO SPINAL OR HEAD INJURY) MOVE THEM OUT OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND INT A SAFER FEELING PLACE. GIVE THEM SOMETHING WARM TO DRINK, PREFFERABLY WATER, AND REASSURE THEM.
