Which organizations have the highest percentage of their donation funds go directly to the field?

Unfortunately, none. My brother used to work with the Red Cross delivering food to refugee camps (ships captain) and food would sit on the docks til it rots. Or if they did find a convoy to take it inland, a good percentage were held up by whatever rebel group was in power for that week. It's not the fault of the Red Cross, things just aren't that stable.
Any wonder why the different celebrities are adopting children from Africa? At least it's a way to get cameras there to see what's going on.

Oxfam. World Vision. Ecpat (not famine but they deal with children/teens sold into sex slavery - the new destination for this is Eastern Europe where teens who are poor & where employment is scarce are told they'll have a job as a waitress in Paris or wherever, they get on a train & meet their contact in Paris or wherever & in fact the "job" is to be locked in a room & be used as a free prostitute).
