I think it could be a hint that he likes you. Look for more hints to follow, or you could always just express your own interest in him and see if he responds. Ask him for a kiss on your cheek, and see if he gives it to you!

I would like to know as well. My guy friend has been asking the same thing, but decided to take the liberty to kiss my cheek and neck. He also tried going for some lip action too.
I say it depends on the kiss. And if he said it in a flirty way, he most likely wants more than friendship!! And if he wanted YOU to kiss him..most definitely! :) GOOD LUCK!
