That would depend on a couple of things. First it would depend on how far he went with his training under Lee, how much he learned. Second it would depend on how much he has kept up with his training since then. Assuming that he had reached a significantly high level of skill dyuring his training and assuming he has kept up with the intensity of his training in the interveening years since then, he could certainly hold his own against anyone that I have seen in MMA. He woud certainly have an advantage in reach againt most of them, especially considering that his arms are as long as the average persons legs.

If Kareem Abdul Jabbar was such a good basketballer then couldn't Bruce Lee win the mvp in the NBA's?

Kareem couldn't hold his own and Dan Inosanto was more than likely not his #1 student. More than likely it was Taky from his school in seattle who is still the caretaker of his grave to this day.

No. Kareem was far to old and already had knee problems from playing basketball to be a viable competitor even if the UFC existed in those days.

Why not put Dan Inosanto instead? He's his #1 student. He may be old but he could whoop a lot of people in MMA>
