Most people who don't know how to talk to someone are too busy thinking / overthinking. The filter between brain and mouth is on superfilter. . This is usually because the filterer is too worried about saying something wrong. Focus on not caring what others think and just let out what's on your mind, in terms of questions and topics of conversation and etc...
