Is it true that if you pop a blister, and then coat it with Krazy Glue, it can act as a second layer of skin even though officially Krazy Glue recommends avoiding all contact with skin?

i got the idea from the website with "how to be a perfect human"

The crazy glue will take too long to wear off. And if you pull it off, you will rip your skin off with it.
They sell products that you can use like that. They are softer and wear off in water over time.
