Here is an interesting human story to kinda give you an idea of just what Jesus Christ really did for us.
There is a man on stage and he has about 4 dozen doughnuts in front of him.
There is an audience of about the same amount of people.
There is one other man on stage and he asks how many people in the audience would like a doughnut before they get started.
Most hands raise.
The man goes up to the first person and lets them pick out the doughnut of their choosing. But before they can eat it, the second man on stage must get down on the floor and do 10 situps.
This is done and the person is given their doughnut.
After about 15 rounds of sit up and doughnuts, the audience begins to realize that they are causing the man doing situps to be very tired and he seems to be having trouble finishing up his sets of situps.
The audience begins one by one to try and refuse the doughnut when it is their turn. The doughnut is still placed before them and the man on stage must complete his next round of situps.
The audience begins to get angry that this is going on, they have refused the doughtnut that sits before them and still the man is being made to do the next round of situps for each and every refused doughnut.
The man gets back up on stage and tells the audience that this is what Jesus Christ did for them only on a much bigger scale. It doesnt matter if you accept or reject the salvation that he offers, he still accepted the debt and paid the price, even if all you do is leave your salvation sitting on the desk in front of you.
Hope this helps your thoughts on the matter a bit.

No, but I think not accepting Christ is a recognition that the Holy Spirit can work in your heart without your help and in spite of your perceived ability to choose Him.

He already died for every sin ever committed. This is why it is such a serious offense to not accept him as your personal savior. Its the only way to enter into heaven. Ye must be born again.

No, because in time, he already came about 2000 years ago, and already passed through human living and crucifixion for us, so no matter how much more or less sins we commit now, it doesn't make his task any easier since it was already done.

That would be like a parent saying "Because my child doesnt like me, im better off since i no longer have to worry about them" Good parents would never consider that a favor.
Christ loves everyone more than you can imagine. Its hurts him when one doesnt accept him. He gladly gave himself for our sins.
