Yes, though I would add some veggies. Mac and cheese contains pasta, a carbs serving, and cheese which counts as dairy and meat substitute because of the protein.

Yes, I did. It's particularly nourishing if made at home with genuine cheese and real milk.
I usually serve it as a main dish with a salad on the side, and fruit for dessert!

Yeah-cheese has protein, you didn't know that? And macaroni is simple carbs-but you still need some complex carbs, e.g. veggies and/or fruit.
