Why won’t illegal fight for change in their home land and instead expect us to do it for them?

Yeah it really aggravates me to see people waving the flags of Mexico,Brazil,Puerto rico,dominican republic when they want to live in the US if your so proud of your country then why did they fail you to the point that you had to leave.

Problem here---is the Fact that in Mexico the common citizen is totally powerless to affect any kind of change at all in anything !!
They cross over-- they are literally SWAMPED with empowerments !! Literally "catered to" in most situations anymore !!
Major question here-- If they ARE illegal---and these GOVERNMENT AGENCIES KNOW THIS-- why do these people have the RIGHTS that they do --- and the SERVICES they do -- and the SWAY within government that they do ? They are ILLEGAL but yet government is paying out for their groceries, their housing, their education, their medical expenses, and even in some cases GIVING PREFERENCE to them in jobs !!
You'll have to forgive me here-- but to the dude up top that is trying to lay all this at the door of the LIBERALS--- DUDE---you aren't seeing the BUSH----FOX connections that started all this Major Flood from across the border---and it is THAT inside twist--and the FACT that a lot of very influencial very wealthy REPUBLICANS are behind this----they get major cheap labor for their multi-million dollar businesses AND that cheap labor gets subsidized by the American middle class taxpayer !! Then, that cheap labor forces that many more American workers to HAVE TO TAKE LESS TO DO WHAT THEY DO--- and the super rich are once again enhanced by MORE workers willing to do ANYTHING AT ANY PRICE to survive !!!
The common everyday illegal is not to blame here though !! They are simply people trying to find the best deal they can for themselves and their families---and doing everything they can to get ahead just like any one of us !! They have never had influence on any level in their native country-- and probably never will---and in the present day political climate -- NOTHING can be expected for change to come THERE --because of this incessant LOVE AFFAIR that the US has with the MEXICAN GOVERNMENT !!!
NOW they actually have a BILL IN CONGRESS that will allow ILLEGALS to receive SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS from the U S Government---something that AMERICAN CITIZENS can not expect until they have contributed SOMETHING to it !!!! ALL this is simply and utterly amazing to someone who just simply wonders WHEN THE AMERICAN TAXPAYER is going to HAVE ENOUGH--- for it is the GOVERNMENT that is doing this thing---NOT the illegals themselves !!!!!!!!!!!

Well because they get all the benifits that we don't. This country is going to end up as Rome did so many years ago. Does anyone know why Rome fell? I do. It's because they voted themselves a living out of the national treasury. Eventsually the money ran out. Then the country hell into caos. That will soon happen here if we do nothing to stop it!

illegals are here because they couldn't make it in mexico, and that's because the public education system in mexico is crap. also because they are extremely classist. if you're born poor, you are going to stay that way because you are disadvantaged right from the start. public kinder sucks, public elementary sucks, and public secondary sucks, and they don't have public prep. education is power, and power can bring change, so without education, they don't even know they COULD do something about it. mexico has ALL the natural and economic resourses to be a successful country....but their government is coorupt, and they have zero middle class, and no efficient system for collecting taxes. think of it...these people are strong willed enough to save thousands of dollars to pay someone to smuggle them across...and they don't even realize that the same amount of money could start them a successful business in their own country! why??....lack of education, that's why.

Look around and think .........they come across the border illegally , when caught they get a slap on the wrist - if anything. It is wrong to hold them in jail they are just underprivileged. They have more rights than the American citizens who report them. Liberals and Hollywood actors are all over the media screaming "The US needs to do it". or "The US needs to build Mexico more schools."
Why should they bother to try changing their homeland? Ours has a revolving door at the border.

because we have welfare here and more money to give away to illegal people and I struggle everyday with no health care but illegal people just want a free ride, no matter how much money we give to other countries they are still poor, look at all the money we give to Africa and over the years they still cant make it on their own, we should be spending money for the condoms and implant drugs instead of sending money that ends up in the government

Because they are illiterate. They can barely survive, much less get involved in politics. They have been brainwashed by the Roman Catholic Church. Therefore, they do not practice birth control. Thus, there are too many of them. A country can only support so many illiterate, untrained, unskilled workers.

They lack the fortitude to reform their nation like Americans did in 1776. It's too easy for them to come up here and demand services.

One thing we can do for them is send them back south with copies of the Bill of Rights, rifles, and the warning that if they come back here they will be executed. Tough love - it's time they cleaned up their mess.

For the same reason they don't do anything to better their language skills, their education, their job skills, their home life, future for themselves and their kids, and the future generations to come.
They suffer with ignorance, while we suffer with their incompetence.
And everything here in California is practically hand fed to them with a silver spoon.
