Nicknames come with time. Like from something funny she does. Don't just pick one off the top of your head let it be special.

Not good at nicknames right now cause I need to know first and last name in order to think of a good. Majority of times I need the last name. Like if last name is Winter call him/her snowflakes.
Trust me I think it's best you think one on your own cause then your girlfriend can feel bursts of emotions coming out of the cute nickname you give her.
