My niece likes wearing pantyhose all the time. She says she likes the silky feel of them on her legs and feet. Now she wants me to wear her pantyhose when we go out on dates, should I wear them under my jeans for her??

Most people don't wear them under jeans. It's not considered fashionable. Usually men don't wear them, unless they are in drag. You don't normally go out with a family member when you are in drag, as these things are usually kept private and not shared with younger family members.
When you take your niece out, it's not considered a date. If she's little, you're babysitting for your sister or brother. If she's older, then it's considered spending time with family. If you spend any time at all with her, be sure to invite another adult family member to join the two of you. You will all have a great time together!

That is called incest. You shouldn't be romantically involved with your niece or any other family member. You have bigger problems than whether or not to wear pantyhose.
