A tiramisu mousse gateau- only if the true Italian flavor blend of chocolate,coffee, and rum are used.

A small brandy & Pirouette or two. My 1st choice.
At home I do not serve dessert right after dinner as my husband and I like to sip a coffee or brandy.
Later in the evening, while watching TV or a movie we sometimes enjoy a piece of pie or cake, a scoop of ice cream or a pudding or custard. I think sweets should be savored independently of other food.
Summer nights I like fresh fruits or berries in a sweet or sour cream to be eaten outside under the stars on our decking. Nice when accompanied with a flute of inexpensive local champange.

A chocolate layer cake with chocolate mousse in between every other layer, with chocolate icing in between the other layers and chocolte icing all over the outside. It's a killer cake.

i remember last year in the yearbook we were planning to go to Great America cuz i get free tickets every year and i invite my friends and one of my friends put DIPPIN DOTS around a page cuz thats the closest place they sell :]
