Exfoliating removes dead skin cells and when those are shed you make new ones. Exfoliate the scared area with either a sugar/salt scrub or w/e. Or you could use and kind of face wash with a lufa and wrap a part of the lufa on your finger and do circular motions on the area. This will shed the de-colored skin cells and develop normal pigmented ones
Vitamin E can help because it helps moisturize the area.
I had a scar on my leg and i did this for 2 weeks and it is 50% less noticeable

You can get Vitamin E and put that on it. It is supposed to help lessen scars. If you are really worried about it go see a dermatologist.

this really works. ive been doing this for about 2 weeks and my acne scars faded considerably. i just take a washcloth and put on some exfoliating product like st.ives invigorating and i massage my face with cloth and st.ives for about 1 min. do this only one a week because if you do it alot then it will irritate your skin.

Neosporin or bacitracin ointment are good to help heal without scarring. If you are already healed, there are now silicone sheets available at pharmacies to help reduce scars.

Dabbing a little shea butter on it nightly will help too. I use shea body butters (that I make at home) on my body and they've lightened scars all over. You can also but such butters at better retail drug stores.

Mederma. You can get it at Walmart, Target, and other places like that. It's about $15. You have to use it regularly though, or else you're just wasting your $$.
