I'm 17 and I have shoulder length hair. Whenever I wash my hair and its still wet, my scalp and hair feel very slimey and goopy and the skin at the beginning of my scalp, around my eyebrows, etc flakes. When my hair dries my scalp flakes profusely (dandruff??). This is a real PAIN and I've had this problem for ages. I thought it might be residue from my shampoo, but I only use tiny amounts of shampoo now and use a vinger rinse. Nothing works. Whats wrong with my skin?!

Thanks!

well if it gets red and scaley it could be psoriosis..if not then try Neutrogena T/Gel, that stuff will clear up dandruff QUICK..if it is psoriosis then you can try their T/Sal that actually helps to treat it..if none of these work then i would suggest seeing a dermatologist so they can give you a prescription

First you go with to go back to a call even if it is eczema or only useless epidermis that hasn't been wiped clean off for a lengthy time period. Is it extremely itchy, red and feels puffy (def dry/flakey)? each and every from time to time it ought to get so puffy and dry the exterior cracks and yellow stuff seeps out, i imagine this only ever occurs on the scalp. even if it is eczema, then you genuinely go with to apply low irritant shampoo/conditioner once you get somewhat more desirable hair. the perfect component that has worked for me so a concepts is Tea Tree products from Thursday Plantation. i'm no longer particular which usa you're in yet those are available in in supermarkets in Aussie/NZ. there is also an antiseptic cream obtainable from them and also you would not assume an antiseptic cream to be good for both eczema and zits, even though it is! i found that this shampoo/conditioner wasn't precisely making it much better even though it genuinely did not upload to the priority as different products did. Eczema is an overreaction of your immune equipment to accepted irritants/allergens. which ability you should attempt to save remote from hair colour products, soaps and cruel detergents, even pollen and particular meals. If i'm completely on the incorrect song, it will be only useless epidermis so exfoliate with a problematical fabric each day until eventually it is going away (i'd not propose this once you've eczema!). Or it will be a diverse epidermis sickness like ringworm or some ailment i do not study. verify it out along with your physician once you're in touch. wish this facilitates

Head and shoulders works usually with one use.

Massage your scalp with it dont just shampoo your hair, and also use a moisturizing conditioner.

I kinda have the same problem. My whole forehead & around my eyebrows flake after showering -- its gross!
My best strategy is slathering lotion allover my face right when I get out of the shower, and then doing it again after blowdrying my hair. Its working out pretty nice for me.
