No. Lots of women chose to be single at that age. your 30 are a good point in your life, you know who you are and generally your getting yourself set up for later.

Heck no. Chances are she has an education and a good job. She isn't tied to any ONE man, and can move anywhere she wants without impacting a marriage or children. As long as she's happy, I don't feel sorry for her at all.
