A burning sensation indicates a nerve problem, and weakness does also, because the nerves tell the muscles what to do. You really do need to see a doctor - could be a pinched nerve if they're both on the same side, or could be nutritional. Not something to mess with. Doesn't throwing up mess up control of the diabetes? Hope you haven't lost control that you can't get back.

You need to call 911, or have someone take you to an ER now. Your bulemia has probably thrown off your electrolytes. If that is the case, your diabetes will be all out of whack because your insulin will not be utilized the way it should be. There's a good possibility your potassium level is way down. If it is, your heart may stop. If it's too high, your heart will freeze. If you go into diabetic coma or insulin shock at home alone, you will die. Go get help now.

I would agree about burning sounds like nerve damage. Left arm weakness may be related to an electolyte imbalance (ie not enough potassium, since you are throwing up all your nutrients). Left arm also sometimes is especially linked to the heart if it hurts could mean heart attack and with the decreased potassium from throwing up you could have a heart failure like Karen Carpenter did. Esp. since you are diabetic, you are really playing with fire, since diabetics can tend towards nerve damage in the extemities(legs, feet) in later years ....Also left arm weakness could be a sign of a stroke. If you have symptoms all on one side (left arm, left leg, left side of face)

To sum it up, YOU NEED TO GET TO A DOCTOR PRONTO.IF YOU HAVE ANY SUSPICITIONS OF STROKE OR HEART ATTACK GO TO THE HOSPITAL ER or CALL 911.

It could be a pinched nerve, a chiropractor could help this or it could be the beginning of fibromyalgia.Often times fibromyalgia is brought on by stress.Making yourself throw up is putting stress on your body.you should get checked by a dr if the chiropractor doesn't help.
