WNADon: If you read Dan Savage, you'd see that such activities have less to do with homosexuality and everything to do with the full range of human sexuality. And they are simply options, not carried out by everyone, either straight or gay.

DON: What are Silver Rain and Playing with MUD? I've been out of the closet for 30 years and been active in the gay community, and I don't have any idea what those things are.

I don't think it should be a crime, at the same time I don't think special rights should be given to a group just because of their sexual orientation. What adults do in the bedroom is none of my business and frankly I'm tired of hearing about it.

Are you asking if believers advocate reinstating the laws that have been taken off the books in some states making homosexual behavior a crime? You do know that it has only been in the last 50 years or so that those laws have been repealed in some states don't you?

I would guess that some believers would like to see those laws reinstated. Not so much because they want to see people put into jail as much as because they want the laws of the land to be in accord with what the Bible teaches about how people should live their lives so that each generation will not find a contradiction between what God says and what the government swayed by special interest groups and secular humanists has on the law books.

I would imagine that as long as the law was like a traffic ticket where the offending parties had to pay a fine for the first offense and admit that they broke the law, that most believers would be satisfied.

Alan Turning broke the German's Enigma Code during World War II. He saved countless lives breaking the Germans codes. He was homosexual and was harassed to the point of suicide for his unconventional appetites. He saved countless lives. Should Alan Turing be placed in hell ? Should Jim Baker or Pat Robertson go to heaven?

If ignorance was a crime. WNA Don would be up for a life term without parole.

Wow.... watch whynotaskdon sling the stereotypes like a pro. Methinks he's been reading a bit too much Paul Cameron.

I've heard several believers say that they just can't understand why "faggotry" isn't still illegal. After all, the rest of our law is SO obviously Christian oriented, why not make like the Bible and make the abomination punishable under the law? Right? Right?

*sigh* And human freedom takes another cheap shot to the gut.

Goodness, this guy, directly above me (rimshot)
knows a LOT more about homosexual activities than I do apparently! I should subscribe to whatever he's getting.

I'm sure he's doing it all in "god's name" etc!

And btw, Jesus talked more about being a glutton. Fat people should pass similar standards don't you think?

Nope-- but insurance companies and the public should not have to subsidies the health costs.

Rimming, Fisting, Silver Rain, Playing with MUD, etc. etc.,
are NOT very health giving activities.
