Actually, R & R is reprimand and release. This is use when juveniles are arrested. They are often, reprimanded and released to their parents. This is of course the crime was not of the violent and domestic nature. Hope I helped.

ROR=Released Own Recognizance. No bond money is posted; the person simply signs a form promising to appear at the court date given to him or her. Be sure that person actually does appear at the court date. Judges take a dim view of people not showing up for court after they've been given a break of sorts by being released ROR.

In Michigan they call it PR bond. Personal recognizance. They are trusting you to show up for the next hearing - if you dont they will issue a bench warrant.

R&R = released on own recognasance. I.E. the court assumes in good faith you will show up for your next date.
