I know a boy that likes sometimes looks at me and tapped me on the shoulder twice when I wasn't looking. He had a GF and has been with her for five months. He broke up with her and had already been out with another girl for 2 weeks, but one time he passed the door and looked at me like he loved the girl. Is he trying to make me jealous?, and what should I do since I am a very shy girl when it comes to talking to guys that I like?

Sounds like he's playing games, which is NOT a good sign. I'd say stay away until he's free and clear.
