To the goofball who seems to find this absolutely hilarous. I missed school for a very good reason those four days. I am in the top 10 percent of my class, so please do not tell me my "english stinks" because i'm far more literate than yourself. I'm sorry I didn't spend my time typing everything PERFECTLY for you. Thanks.

If you show up to court with both a letter from the dentist and a letter from the school board showing the problems with your transfer, you might be OK. On the other hand, if I were the judge I'd ask why it took 2 days to get your braces off. It took about an hour when mine were removed. Also, why didn't you keep going to your original school for the 2 days it took the school board to process your transfer? If you have documented excuses for missing school, the judge may excuse them. Unfortunately, the fact that your mom didn't force you to go doesn't mean much in the eyes of the law.

Of course, if your probation didn't go into effect until Dec 15, you didn't violate the terms because they weren't in effect at that point, unless you mean you missed those 4 days (dentist and transfer) after Dec 15. If you're really that good of a student, I'd make sure to have a copy of your grades to show the judge you value your education and take it seriously.

you are not helping your case. you are right on the line and just asking for more trouble. it looks like you mother is an enabler and have you go the path of least resistance.

school is a privledge and not a right so screw around all you want as you will be one who will suffer the consequences.

life is hard with an education. without an education its even harder.
