Wow, you have asked this question 3 times in a row! I guess you are not getting the answer you want.
Really, once you say something, you have to wait and see what she says. You have confessed your feelings to her. You cannot force anything feelings or otherwise on her and you cannot force her to like you like you like her.
You Can be her friend and see if it develops into anything else. If you only have deeper feelings that she never develops, then that will be a big bummer for you. That happens a lot to other people. Just be her friend. You have to be friends first anyway. If it doesn't develop into anything further, then, you at least have a good friend. If you try to push her to have the same feelings as you, then you might just push her away.

What did you confess? If she is this young and inexperienced I suggest you back off and take it really, really slow. Don't be pushy or both of you will live to regret it.
