hello every one i just wanted to ask why am i fat why every time i try to loose weight i dont succed why dont have the will power and motivation to loose weight qhy do i have to live like this i just fill like killing my self why do people think its so funny to make fun of or insult someone do they not no how i feel im sick of this one day they are gonna push me to far why why why why why cant i be in shape thats right u dont know why why dont anyone care oh god take me now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're a quitter. You excuse yourself by saying you have no willpower. It's not about willpower, it's about making a commitment. When you get serious about yourself and your life, you'll make a change and stop wimping out.
No one likes dieting and few like exercising, and we ALL want to eat that piece of cake and sit on the couch. But one day you have to stop indulging yourself.

Loosing weight is probably the hardest thing some people can do. I know it is the hardest thing for me. I decided a little over a year and a half ago that I was done with these stupid diets that didn't work and I decided that the only thing to do was to get to the gym. I use to hate exercising, I hate getting up before sunrise to go exercise but I do it. You just have to commit, and after a while it gets easier (although I still hate waking up early in the morning ;) I am sorry people are being mean to you! I know that I use to think that everyone was staring at me and judging me because of my weight but as I loose the weight I am learning to be happy with myself and not care what others think. I know that sounds cliche, but it is true! I wish you the best and dont get down on yourself too much, you must think positive!

Don't think of it as an effort to lose weight or deprive yourself - Decide to do what you can to be healthy. to improve your health. Exercise increases circulation which is beneficial to your heart and will help decrease cholesterol. The more movement you can do, the stronger the muscles will get to make it easier to do more. If you're thinking of building toward something it might make it easier. What helps with with food, when I think about taking a little of this or that, "Put if off for now (might be easier on my back pain)". and make it a point to eat just a little less each meal/snack time - also to make what I eat fresh/frozen fruit/vegetables and grains, no pasta or gravy. Good luck. Today's a bad day, but when it can't get any worse, the only way left is up. It's gonna get better!

Here is what worked for me. I got tired of it. So sick and tired of it. I wanted the person on the inside to be the same person I was on the outside. You need to be ready, you won't loose weight because others want you to. You loose weight when you are ready and you know it will be hard but you don't care, you are going to do it! What exactly have you tried to loose weight? You need to make it fun. Is there a sport you want to play or maybe take a dance class?

People are cruel. If they can find something to make fun of, they will do it. Whether it's your size, or how you dress. It doesn't matter. Everyone has been made fun of at least once in their life. They may not know it, but there is always someone talking about someone else. Don't worry about it.

But you should find fun way to work out. If you have access to a playstation2, you should get Dance Dance! I have it and it works really well if you do it every day. I admit, I looks kinda dumb doing it, but I think it's fun! You can move up to higher levels and get better and better. Not that I would take any of these "moves" to a dance club of anything. Try it out!!!! :)

Ok I'll admit that I am not the most sympathetic person to obese people. Both of my parents are obese and it makes me angry.

That said, the truth is you have to WANT to lose weight enough to do whatever it takes! It takes time and hard work and turning away from all the sweets and treats that you usually allow yourself. Seek help from a doctor to get you on the right track!

If you are considering suicide you need to get professional help now. Call your local mental health board, hospital or one of the national organizations.

Obesity is a health problem, but if you are considering suicide then you need more help than just loosing weight.

find a motivation, maybe a person or do it for yourself! maybe you're buying too many snacks, just put keep the money in your pocket and walk past them in the supermarket-it will give you a good feeling that you're taking your first step into loosing weight
You can also go to the gym, have a trainer give you a weekly routine....all it takes is initiative
