If I were you I'd ask on his B-Day. V-Day is celebrated to honer the Greek god of love. I,m monotheistic, one god, and one god only.

Why are you trying to be the man in the relationship and take over? Call me old fashion but that's tacky. If I was a man, I'd be embarassed if my woman did that. It would make me feel like she was too impatient for me to do it on my own and was trying to rush things. That she didn't think I could handle that. Not a good way to start off your future together. You going to be handling everything else too?

You could also ruin whatever he may have in mind. My bf/ now fiance just proposed to me on Christmas morning with a stunning engagement ring. After 3 years together, he is completely sure he wants to spend the rest of his life with me.

Don't propose to him... don't you think that's like against all of the traditions since the beginning of the Earth? don't do it... I mean what if he says no.

Don't. Men are supposed to propose to their woman when they feel mature and secure enough to support a wife and future family.

You might find out that he's just plain not ready. The fact he hasn't proposed to you might clue you in.

His Birthday is more important to him than "V" day. Plus, then you can probably expect a great "V" day for yourself:)
Good luck
