You should say
"Mom, if you think me and whateverhisname are going to do anything naughty, then we would have done it already. And if you don't trust me with my own boyfriend that I know and love and that you know, then you do not know me as well as a mother should and you don't love me as a mother should. So tell me this, can I go to whateverplaceitis with whateverhisname mom?"

tell your mother nothing. Because of her age and experience she will give you good advice which is the last thing you want to hear. Just go out and make your own mistakes and learn from them.

The truth. Its not the end of the world if you can't go. For your safety its better that your mom knows what you're doing, when your doing it, and where you are. They don't say no just to ruin your fun.

I'm sure your Mother loves you. She only wants what is best for you, she also has legal responsibilities. If something was to happen, she would be legally responsible. It is only fair that if is she is forced to assume legal responsibility for your actions, she should get some input to what your actions are. Its only fair that you share with your mother.
