Hydromorphone! Very powerful opiate narcotic similar to heroin in some ways and very addictive. Usually reserved for cancer pain or severe chronic pain!

dilaudid - generic hydromorphone.
it is basically a synthetic morphine and if not mistaken about 8-10 times stronger than morphine. it is an opiate analgesic.

Morphine, they give it to you when you ready to go.
