Ever since I was a child I've been deathly afraid of vomit, whether it's others vomiting, myself vomiting, or just seeing it. When someone coughs, I get really tense and panicky because I am afraid they are going to puke. I have a hard time even going to amusement parks or to movie theaters because I am scared of someone vomiting on me or around me. How do I overcome this fear? I'm tired of living in fear because of a bodily function lol.

When I read your question I thought it was something I wrote....I am the exact same way. I feel I am getting better at handling the situation- but I try to avoid at all cost like yourself! It is seriously one of the top things I fear the most. So I really understand where you are coming from but sorry I don't have anything to answer how to overcome it. If you do find something out let me know too :)

Me too! Every time my stomach hurts I about pass out cuz I'm scared I'm gonna puke. What's that medicine they gave me after I had my tonsils taken out that kept me from getting sick? We should find out what it was and get ahold of some.
