First of all, as a sixteen year old list what is actually stressing you out. Then re-examine the list to see if it really is cause for stress. If so, talk to mom/pops. Hang in there you got a whole lot of stress ahead of you my man.

If you're stressed out because of events or expectations or such things, I suggest you make an honest, unexaggerated list of what is bothering you, and write it down on paper. Figure out what you can fix, what you can ignore, and what you will just have to put up with. Make a plan to fix each item that you can, and keep the list so you can look at it and change things as the situation changes.
You will feel a lot better than you did when you had all those unsorted, unanswered thoughts bouncing around in your mind!

OK easy, im sixteen too and this is how
sit on a couch with a bag of chiips
Watch TV until 1 AM
wake up at noon
get out of bed at 3 pm
watch another 12 hours of TV and repeat

I like to take a hot bubble bath myself.
I heard on the radio one day if you are at school or work and start to feel overwhelmed that you should run your hands under cold water for one minute. It cools you off and somehow makes you relax. I forgot the logic behind it.

A long hot bubble bath, with music. Comfy PJ's and a good girly movie with tissues.
I have the best times when I watch girly movies by myself or with my Sister. Totally relaxing. Don't forget some munchies!

Smoking....anything of your choice. - Ok. probably not the best answer. Music is a really good alternative. Warm baths help relieve stress. Go on a walk or to the gym.

hot tea always seems to help if that dont work try a hot bath fill with lavender and vanilla bring a candle turn the lites out lay in the hot tub with candles around you and clear your mind always works for me
