You shouldn't worry about being a specific weight because we all have different body types and if you're muscular or have a large frame, you're going to weigh more than a person your height who has a small frame or isn't muscular.
If you're not super muscular like a bodybuilder, then I'd say your best weight would be 180 or so.
Also don't trust height/weight chats because they are completely flawed. A lot of physicians are complaining that the chart starts off with too much weight for short people (for example 110 for a 4'9'' woman) and then adds a negligible amount as the height increases, so that leaves very tall people being told that they should be walking skeletons (for example 165 for a 6'2'' guy)
Anyway, the chart is a disaster. I mean I am 5'0'' and I can't possibly be 120 without being *totally overweight*. I am 100 and I could afford to lose a couple lbs. Then I had a friend who was 6'0' and 150, the poor guy was a walking skeleton so there's no way that's okay...
In my personal opinion, 193 might be fine if you're very muscular, otherwise 180 might be better. I don't think you should go for less though, especially if you're a guy, you don't wanna look too skinny! :p

Know if you need to lose weight
Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.
You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm
BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese
Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

It depends on how you wanna look. Do you wanna look skinny or like a football player type?
If you wanna be skinny then go for 160. I'm sorry but the guy who says 130 is kookoo, we don't want you dead LOL
If you wanna look like a football payer type, then go for 180...
Also are you a big guy, or small frame?
But whatever you do, don't go below 160.
Ps: The height/weight chart is indeed very controversial, as is the BMI calculator which is based on it.

When picking up your kids from school, leave the car and greet them which has a hug instead of waiting inside the car curbside.
