Show it to a pharmacist if you have to know what it is-or call a pharmacy and describe the pill to them over the phone.

Could be anything, lots of pills look alike, and have the same markings, the colour would be helpful. And depending on the country your in will make a difference in some of the markings.

It can be any pill. If it is not yours and you are not sure what is it for, then my advice is to throw it away. If you are worried that its some drugs, then maybe you can bring it to a pharmacy to check on it.

You can call a pharmacy anonymously. Discribe this in detail and he probably could look it up. Secondly, you could look it up online if you can find a decent site that has a PDR or Physician's Desk Reference.
