I need to know something that will help me not feel hungry! I dont wanna take pills or pay anything, I just wanna know what should i do not to be hungey all the time plz help me.

Mebe u need to increase your water and food intake if that doesn't work go see a docter.

A recent study says that Americans drink so little water (You are supposed to drink 8 8oz glasses each day) That their bodies have become so dehydrated that their brains confuse thirst signals with hunger signals.
What you should do when you feel hungry is to drink one or 2 glasses of water. In a few minutes, if you don't feel hungry, its because you weren't. You were thirsty. Once you have rehydrated yourself, and your organs begin to work properly again, you'll be able to tell those signals apart. Try it !you have nothing to lose. ( but weight)

I dont know your age but if your still a teen its normal. But eat six small meals a day to keep your blood sugar up. And drink a 100 oz. of water you caneven put lemon in it good luck

i have that problem too, its cause if you like eat every time your hungry your stomach(i mean on the inside)get bigger but if you only like eat during meals and don't really snack ect.. your stomach will keep shrinking, and you wont be hungry all the time anymore...at least that's wat I've heard and its been workin 4 me, i hope it works 4 u 2! GOOD LUCK! ( D

Please go get a blood test. These can symptoms of diabetes.
If you are loosing weight as well.

drink lots of water and eat things full in protein. it fills you up qucker and makes you feel fuller longer. peanuts are a good snack. also for snacks drink water b/c a lot of the time you may feel hungry due to dehydration or boredom and water fills the stomach giving it that full feeling. also chewing gum gives you the feeling of eatting.

i have the same problem and iam getting fat, i think its coz we eat too much and our body alwasy wants food, just stop eating for a few days and break the cycle

First off, you sound like you have a fast metabolism, second, for your thirst, I would have a diabetes check done.
