raw ramen noodles are no more or less harmful than cooked ramen. like the people above me said, the most unhealthy part of the ramen is the broth mix they include, which is essentially almost all sodium.

Ramen Noodles are very high in Sodium, so if you are sensitive to Sodium, they could increase your blood pressure which leads to other health issues. 1 Serving has 1340mg (56% of the RDA). Also, the number of carbs are high 41g (it can pack on the weight). How many people eat 1 serving of Ramen? Multiply the above numbers and you have a recipe for a downward spiral in health.

Overall the rule is a balanced diet and Ramen in moderation. It shouldn't be the majority of your meals... Enjoy!

By eating raw Ramen, you run the risk of them getting caught in your throat. Ramen noodles will expand when they become wet.
If they are caught in your throat then when they expand you may choke to death.

Not bad... just yucky... And FYI... if you're eating them regularly prepare to pack on the pounds. I was more poor a few years back and damn near lived off of them... Very bad.

They will fill your stomach more after you eat them... due to expansion. But I don't believe that you need to fear choking on an enlarged noodle as stated above.

properly, they're nasty so that you'll be able to commence with cuz this is only a load of sodium. yet there is no distinction between eating them raw and cooked, and this is likely more effective powerful you're eating them raw, because you're not to any extent further eating the entire %....

They aren't good for you either way... Raw or cooked. The only difference with them being raw is I think they would be even nastier then they are cooked. They are very high in Sodium though.
