Definitely get it checked out by a physician as soon as possible. I can't stress that enough. No one in here can diagnose you properly without feeling your neck. It is most likely nothing to worry about. However, I started out with a simple neck lump.
Please go see a doctor soon. If it's nothing, so be it. If it's something bad, you need treatment ASAP. There are good treatments out there too. Try not to worry. Best wishes.

Swollen lymph glands are normal when the body is fighting an infection. The problem is that if this is the first sign of lymphoma, you need to know as soon as possible, so get an exam asap. Just in case it is, I include the following--

In 1990, I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma, stage 3-B, but I've survived. During the year in treatment, I started learning about alternative medicine.

Here's what I've figured out--FIRST, somebody--probably from the AMA--is getting my answers deleted as 'not a question or an answer', because they don't want you to know about it. So if you want to keep this information, you need to copy it to a wordpad document quickly, before it disappears. Hopefully, they'll give up and stop that nonsense soon. Now, here goes--

Cancer is caused by poor nutrition (including oxygen) and stressors. Stressors can be environmental, like heavy metals, food additives or pollution, or emotional or job stress.
Our bodies have 60 trillion--yes, trillion--cells, and there are always some mutating into cancer cells, but a healthy immune system kills them before they have a chance to get a foothold in the body.
It takes a LONG time, usually, or an exrtaordinary amount of stressors, to degrade the immune system to the point where it won't do its job, but once cancer has formed, it can spread rapidly.

THIS IS IMPORTANT! There are ways to BEAT cancer that the AMA is keeping from the American public, that are being used in Europe and around the world. Here is some information that is getting hard to find--

"The Cure for All Cancers", ISBN 0963632825;
"A Cancer Therapy", ISBN 0882681052;
"Hydrogen Peroxide--Medical Miracle", ISBN 1885236077;
"The Natural Cure for Cancer--Germanium", ISBN 0533071410;
"Killing Cancer", ISBN 0705000966.

Type 'used books' into your browser and find a good site, then type in the ISBN numbers and get some great help cheap.

I know of people whose cancer has 'spontaneously remitted' (WENT AWAY for no known reason) after they went on a program of herbs and nutrition.

The American Medical Association (AMA) and the pharmaceutical companies control medical law in this country, and they are in it for the money, and don't care about individuals. You and your family must look out for yourselves to stand a chance of being healthy.

This is not a joke, and I'm not selling anything. Look into it. And I sincerely hope you don't need to. Best of luck

I had a lump on my neck when I was 13 years old. It turned out to be a cyst. They did remove it because it was rather large. It was about the size of a golf ball. I was young and thought it might be normal. You definitely have to get it checked out!!! I was very luck and my tumor was benign(not cancerous). Go to the Dr. they will do a biopsy of your neck. Its not the nicest procedure. They stick a needle in your neck and drain some fluid from the lump to run tests. Dont be afraid of this. You must get this checked out. GOOD LUCK.

I'm no expert, but I would get that checked out. My sister had Hodgkins Disease and she found out about it when she had found a lump on her neck and went to the doctor. Catching it earlier helped her survive.

It could always be nothing, but it's better safe than sorry. And if it is something, then catching it early is the best way to beat it.

I had the same thing happen once, and I was terrified. It turned out I'd been bitten by a spider, and my lymph nodes were just swollen from that. Have you been sick lately? Do you have allergies? It could just be lymph nodes, then. But I would recommend going to the doctor for your peace of mind; it probably isn't anything serious and you will feel a whole lot better knowing that for sure.

All lumps that were not previously present, should be examined. Go and see your family doctor ... if it's anything to worry about, your doctor will send you to a ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist. Make sure you see your doctor soon, as suspicious growths are not anything to fool around with.

>See a doctor. If it's something bad, at least you'll know it and do something about it. If it isn't bad (most likely) at least you'll know it and can quit worrying about it.

You win, either way.<
