DVD-RAM? I just bught a DVD-RAM and I put on my DVD player AND IT'S NOT WORKING?

It's saying --PLEASE EJECT THE DISC--
PLAYBACK FEATURE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THIS DISC????????
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!1

Who told you that your DVD player is compatible with DVD-RAM i nthe first place?

Did you try to put a DVD-RAM onto a regular DVD player? Different formats Dude. No guaranteed compatibility. Data is stored differently. DVD's are written in one long concentric data stream. DVD-RAM data does not have to be contiguous. It is like the older floppy disks. Regular DVD players usually don't play DVD-RAMs. But some DVD-RAM readers will play regular DVDs.
