My new co-worker (been working together for a week) told me today that I remind him a lot of his ex-girlfriend. They recently broke up and he still likes her. He said he was just starting to get over her when I started working there and I remind him of her so now he misses her again. Is he trying to tell me something?

He's probably just so beat up inside and so brokenhearted over his girlfriend that he's dumping all of his feelings onto you. Don't be surprised if he starts crying tomorrow.
