If you are the middleman/facilitator...One way to get started is to just let individuals vent their piece for 5 minutes. When people have legitimate complaints are always silenced by others it infuriates them more. Let them talk. Dont let the opposing party interrupt, tell the interrupters that if they are talking over someone then they obviously aren't listening to them which is the end goal, to have the parties come to mutual respect with each other.
