I started having headaches and no meds were working so i decided to do acupuncture i went and had my second round today but i feel so dizzy and lightheaded and i cant think straight can anyone tell me what side effects you get when youve had them done

I got real dizzy and nauseous the first time I had acupuncture. I think I got up too quickly afterward. The next time, I really took my time getting up off the table and I felt much better.

Your that way because your life force is being released and balanced and it will take time to balance this out, your system is not used to so much energy flowing thru your body, don't worry, worry is bad, worry cuts back on the flow of the energy in you. let go, relax.This proves its working.It wont be long till your better, eat right, only whole natural foods.
