Okay, so this is kind of a follow up to my previous one about a girl named Mariana de la Garza (Mari, for short) and I have some more concerns/problems, I got GREAT advice last time.
Well, being in Eighth grade, we already have a popularity scale and stereotypes. I am neutral on the popularity and I am in the artistic type stereotype. However the girl I am crushing on is....well..I dont know. She seems pretty popular, but doesnt hang will the "in crowd" She is in 3 or so classes of mine....
I know it sounds dumb...popularity, but it does affect things in Naperville....
I am one of those artisitc types like I said and she has praised me a few times. However I dont know if I can really ask her out......I do have a theory that I could ask her to be in one of the leading roles in one of my crime/thriller movies Im developing.
Need advice!!!! BTW I am 13, I think she might be 14..maybe not, and Im a REALLY shy guy. Im also very akward around girls, Im also not super hot, but not ugly!

It just sounds as though a 13 and 14 year old are too young to date. Why don't you start with being a friend to her. That way you can get to know her. Ask to carry her books so you can go from one class to another that way. Just keep talking to her and be yourself. Hopefully, little by little she will see what you are really like. Then, when the time is right, you could ask her about the leading role in your movie you are developing. At least this way you could remain friends if nothing comes of your desire to be closer than that.

First of all try to be a friend to her. A relationship should be established first. Try to get as close as possible but not so close that she'll say no if you ask her out because your a bf. then once that happens you might have enough courage to ask her out.If you never do get the courage then whats the point of dating her if you'll never even talk to her on dates?

first, try talking to her and calm yerself down enough to talk to her with out getting that achey feeling. the next time you feel like draw her a pic. of her, then give it to her. if that feels to forward fer you and you just cant get yerself to do that, draw a sport or a hobby that she's into. since you two are very different, try being more like her, but dont change everything about you. try to find out more of the things she is into and maybe try them yerself. you might find that you really like her hobbies and then you two will have more in common. if none of these tips work, just talk to her. sometimes it is better if she can know how you feel, because she might just feel the same way! hope my advice helps, GOOD LUCK!!!!

ask her, its the only way. If she says no, then ask someone else.
An eighth grade gf is not a life and death situation. Just do it.
