There really isn't a way to over come a heartache. When u go through a break up with someone u loved and they seem to be doing fine it eats u up and makes u wonder if they forgot all about the times u shared with him-doesn't it. The only way to learn how to move on is to cope. once u start coping with what u feel then only time can take care of the rest. You can't plan to do this or that, there's nothing u can really do to make it better. Just take it one day at a time......one day at a time, it doesn't sound helpful but time is all you need-trust me.

After awhile you will learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul. And you learn that love doesn't mean leaning and companionship doesn't mean security. Well, I say that you better get out with a few friends, and get back into the dating scene. He sounds like a looser. It is his loss. Find another boyfriend right away, that is the best cure. He certainly is not worth your tears. Cheer up, and get with the program.

i think u shuld busy urself with something that u guyz didnt do togethr spend time with friends DONT think about the things that u guyz did 2 gethr b/c it will just make things worse uhm if you guyz talk all the time STOP immediately b/c it will just make things worse DONT stare at old photos or notes or poems DONT keep the things he gave u in sight but DONT throw them out eithr if u have sum of his clothes like sweatshirts or sumthin put them in a place where you wont look b/c then u will have them alwayz but u wont constantly b looking at them
