i am looking to buy a pilates dvd....one that will be good for a beginner and move me up to a more advanced level....could you help me out with some suggestions.....do you think windsor pilates is a good choice? thank you very much for your time and help!!

I love Windsor pilates they are great! I picked mine up at Big Lots for only 3 bucks a piece. I have several different ones. . . fat burning, accelerated body sculpting and power sculpting; all are fabulous!

I've used the Winsor pilates dvd's and found them to be good for a beginner. Take a look at your video store - they probably have different workouts for rent. This lets you try out the workout before you spend the money on buying a dvd.

10 minute soultions pilates...Great dvd you can get them a walmart. They have a mix and match you can choose to make a complete workout or you can choose just one, it's a great dvd and you will notice results.
