Should it be a violation to post anything on Yahoo Answers in Spanish or any language other than english? After all its an American company based in America on the American controlled internet.

No, it shouldn't be. It would be stupid to downsize an entire site to one version, the English version. I think if they must ask in their mother tongue, those people might get better answers in the International Version catered to them, but it's definitely not wrong of them to ask here in their own language... Just the quality of the answer might not be as good depending on who asks.

Also, this is the US version of Answers. There's no federal language in the US, so people can speak whatever they want.

English is the rule. Read it. If you post other languages it will be deleted by Yahoo team.

It already is a violation...And look at the bottom of the page. People have many choices to post a message in another language.
