I am going to spend the year abroad (I go to college) in Europe. I would like to do the Rite of Christian Initiation of adults (for Catholics) while abroad, but what is it called there? I may spend some time in Austria and Germany. Do they have RCIA there ?

Like almost all Catholic practices, the Rite of Christian Initiation is practiced world wide.

If you have started the process then ask your inquiry group catechist or director for a letter explaining your status and progress. Then present this letter to any other Catholic Parish in the world.

With love and prayers in Christ.
