You are 12. You're just entering your teen years. You are still growing. Emotionally? You have some more to go to mature. You may disagree but that is a fact.
People tell you it is not possible to fall in love at 12. I say not true. It is possible. Stay with it for a few more years.
See how it goes and how it develops. By 15 or 16 your love will have been tested. By 18 you can do whatever you decide, such as marry, raise children etc..Then you know for sure....
Good luck.

I think it's possible, but it will not be the same kind of love you will feel when you are older because of the maturing process.
When you are a little older and more mature, you make the startling realization that love really doesn't "conquer all." There are many, many factors to be taken into consideration before you give someone your heart. Also, you will go through many physical, emotional, mental and social changes that come with age and experience.
In short, whatever you feel at age 12, don't take it too seriously. There are many, many things that are more important for you to focus on. Allowing yourself to feel like you are "in love" will distract you from making proper decisions about some of those things which are much more important. Besides TRUE love waits...

Well, let's put it this way... I thought I was in love when I was 9. Had my first littel bf, dated him for 3 1/2 years. As you read, I THOUGHT I was in love. I guess it is possible, but prolly only happens once in a blue moon. As a kid and even into the teen years, there is alot of thinking you are in love. At 19, I still don't exactly know what the L-word truly means.

Yes, and it can feel absolutely beautiful and horrible and wonderful and empty all at the same time. But you really don't know what love means at 12. Just have fun, enjoy the feelings, kiss and hug until you can't stand it but don't do anything that involves taking pants off, and you'll grow up fine, just like everyone else in the world did when they were 12. I felt what you're feeling and don't mean to belittle your feelings. Good luck!

Possible or impossible what is the difference? Either way you are going to have strong feelings for somebody. After you grow a bit more you will realize what you really are looking for in a guy. So love away right now, it might be fun, you might get hurt, but the risk is worth the gain. Who cares if you're really in love the way adults are?

Yes it is possible. In the old days the grown ups used to call it puppy love. AS a matter of fact there is a song on it that was a big hit . "They call it puppy love "
However take your time and dont rush into sex or anything like that yet .for further advice :rowell1608@yahoo.com

it might be,but then again i wouldn't recomend throwing yourself fully at someone at that age since you still have a lot of emotions that are going to hit you in the face once you hit 15 so what you thought was love will seem like a flake or the real thing, it all depends on whether it turns you into something low or brings you up

Oh yes. Do I think this will be your one and only true love? Not likely. A lifetime mate is an important decision and very few of us get it right the first time - or the first 5 times, even.
Peace!
