yes and no. I mean....you would know by the symptoms.... I really would have a hard time believing woman know the moment of conception...very hard time. I knew from my bodies symptoms that I was pregnant before I took the test with both my kids and one of my pregnancies that ended. It was mental and physical symptoms that told me. HOWEVER, I have had similar symptoms and I really thought I was pregnant...I was DEAD sure I was, and came to find out I wasn't that it was just in my mind. So you can imagine symptoms...there is a word for it I just can't think of it right now....

Not the moment it happens but u know sooner then everyone else I knew with both my kids before I was even late or took a test. And I didn't have any symptoms

I had NO clue with my first. I was actually three months before I found out. I had symptoms now looking back on it, but I wasn't planning a pregnancy, so I didn't watch for it. I knew much earlier with my second. Four weeks. I think women who say they knew the moment it happened are full of BS.

Not the moment, it took me about 24 hours with number three and I knew. I didn't know at all with the first two until the second week or so.

TOTALLY not always true. While my mom said she knew with 3 out of the 4 of us (she was surprised by me!), I didn't have a clue..I thought I had the flu! It was my mom who told me to go to the store and pick up a couple pregnancy tests! She was pretty sure...and then pleased that her oldest was prego, of course! Now, our daughter is almost 2! :)

Well for me it is true, but just for the simple reason that if my husband & I try just one day to get pregnant, I am ...so not much guess work there. My MIL says I am fertile Mertile,lol

Some women might have a premonition,but no I don't think you can tell.There are pregnancy test that you can take Early now over the counter.
