Do you play sports? if so your more muscle than body fat. The whole BMI thing is miss leading because that takes your WHOLE WEIGHT in to account, and not just body fat. There are websites there that will help you determine your body fat percentage. I weighed about 145 at 14 and I'm 5'10" I'm 20 now and weight 129/131lbs. Keep in mind everyone is different (I know that is hard to remember), at the end of the day you are great the way you are.

Know if you need to lose weight

Health specialist use a measure called BMI, short for Body Mass Index. Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women. This gives a good measure of your total body fat. BMI compares your height and weight. It shows if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, or overweight.

You know how many pounds are there in 1 kg. Do not know let me help you, it is 1 kilogram = 2.20462262 pounds. Check out what your BMI is by using the BMI calculator.
http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adult_BMI/english_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator.htm

BMI Category
Below 18.5 Underweight
Between 18.5 - 24.9 Healthy Weight
Between 25 - 29.9 Overweight
Over 30 Obese

Look at the BMI chart to find out how much weight you need to lose to move from obese to overweight or from overweight into a healthy range. Knowing this can help you set a good weight loss goal.

Nah, you're not fat. Not to my standards. It does depend on your build though. If the weight is well distributed, then your fine. Probably naturally built that way. But if any certain part stick outs oddly (stomach, butt, hips, etc.) it's not usually natural. The best way to tell is if you stand straight up, look down and can see your feet clearly. If there's a little bump blocking your vision, don't stress. Just try excersising a bit and eat more veggies.

being fat is all about how much body fat you have. the BMI is nothing but a more PC way for people in the medical field to call a person fat or thin with out actually having to say those words and possibly lose a client and revenue.
